Christine Daskais

I joined the firm in December 2025, bringing more than a decade of experience across nonprofit leadership, university finance and research operations. My background spans contract administration, grant management, procurement oversight, and the development of compliant policies and procedures within complex, highly regulated environments — settings where the details matter and the margin for error is small. I hold degrees from DePaul University and ICOF in France, and I've spent my career doing largely the same work regardless of the setting: understanding how a system functions, finding where it falls short, and building something better in its place.

At Prism, my focus is on the operational foundation that makes an exceptional client experience possible. I build the systems, workflows, and compliance infrastructure that allow the firm to function with clarity, consistency, and integrity — so that clients can focus entirely on what matters most to them: their financial future. I believe that when the right processes are in place, clients feel it, even if they can't point to exactly why.

Finance is a newer chapter for me, and I'm in it fully. I'm currently completing my Series 65 coursework and find the learning genuinely engaging. Coming to this industry without a lifetime of assumptions has made me a more careful, client-centered thinker — and I believe that perspective serves our clients well, particularly those in demanding professions who deserve a firm as meticulous as they are.
